Are the usernames & passwords ever case sensitive? On previous levels so far they've all been lower case letters, but I suspect for this one they might involve upper case letters, digits and maybe even non-alphabetic symbols.

Is the image on this level supposed to be a broken link? I assumed that was by design (part of the "unfinished level" theme), but I've been stuck here for a whole week now, and I'm starting to wonder if the image file has been accidentally deleted from the server.
