You'll need something. Gimp (or similar programs) will work.
It might be 'better' with an application like that (as opposed to online tools) to get the right values.

I'm not sure what some of the words are! :?: :? Do you mean you can't actually see them, or that you don't know what they mean? I meant they are a little hard for me to make out clearly. This one is pretty straight-forward.
Just like n = the level you're about to leave.

Once the line is dropped, it's not possible to repeat the process.
So if you can't see the answer... check in all the places you normally would when expecting an answer.
